It is not enough to just walk with God, but walking in ALL He has commanded us to do makes our covenant walk with Him glorious. God is a detailed Father and He wants us to walk with Him in details.

God told Saul not to spare any living thing but he killed some and spared the ones that seems good to Him. If God gives you an instruction, it is better to obey it fully, the partial obedience of Saul led to his downfall.

What has God told you to do? The young prophet died because He didn't follow the details of the instruction God gave him. Are you following Him in details in ALL He has commanded you?
